Sanskrit word meaning ‘Sam’ = join together. ‘kara’ = action.

‘Individual ideas or actions’

They can be positive or negative. Many people are stuck in the negative pull of destructive Samskara’s and these are what hinder our positive growth and evolution.

Everyone has pain points when it comes to achieving full body wellness. I will work closely with you to help identify and overcome your triggers. Offering full support and inspiration on how to achieve your health goals.

Integrative

Since achieving wellness is more than just exercise and diet, we will take an integrated approach to your health. We will explore different areas of your life including; home-cooking, spirituality, joy, sleep and self-care amongst others.
